District 3 food tech startup Opalia has secured what it claims is the world’s first commercial supply agreement for cell-based dairy, weeks ahead of an expected $4M fundraise.

D3 startup swyvl has won the Thriving Cities Challenge at Cooperathon 2025, earning $9,000 from Desjardins! Their XR and AI-powered platform helps foster empathy and inclusion by educating communities on neurodivergent perspectives. Big congrats to the swyvl team for driving meaningful impact through innovation.

Rocket Doctor connaît une expansion rapide en Alberta, offrant des soins de santé virtuels accessibles à plus de 71 000 Albertains, dont 35 % vivent dans des communautés de moins de 25 000 habitants. La plateforme a enregistré une augmentation de 112 % des visites de patients entre 2023 et 2024 et une croissance de 218 % du nombre de médecins rejoignant la plateforme.
