Terry transitioned from a corporate background to entrepreneurship. While the corporate world provided her valuable tools, entrepreneurship gave her the flexibility and freedom she needed to thrive. Terry found an inclusive community at District 3 that supported her on her journey as a new CEO.

Terry envisions expanding Pawsome Concierge to the U.S. and beyond, with goals of standardizing pet care and celebrating the human-animal bond. She finds motivation in client satisfaction and the positive impact of her services.

“It was very interesting to meet people [at D3]. When you walk in the room and say I have ADHD, people are like, oh, well, yeah, we all do. So it was very welcoming for me to have people that were similar in so many ways, that had a passion, that had a drive to change, and not being afraid of it.
